When you opt to supply us with your information to make a query regards a certain qualification, submit and online application or request a call-back; you provide us with your personal details such as your phone number, email address, physical address and your academic results. This information is used to assist the STADIO; School of Education to facilitate your admissions and enrolment process.

Communication points are strictly governed to ensure that students are communicated directly with regards such critical information. As per the mandated information holding processes mandated by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET); we store student information for provision to prospective employers and governing professional bodies. This is always done with reasonable consent protocols by the student. As a teacher training institution, student vetting is required to facilitate membership to South African Council of Educators (SACE). This process is facilitated by a secure and reputed third party partner to the institute. The STADIO; School of Education is ethically accountable to ensure any discrepancies with this process are flagged with the relevant bodies and any relevant prospective employer check.
